Occasionally we have the privilege of sitting down and chatting to our wonderful, talented contributors. It allows us to give our readers a glimpse into the people that work so hard to make our magazine stunning.
I first met Hugh Davison through mutual friends and have watched his career path take a sharp diversion, from head chef to photographer, that has been incredibly successful. I was honoured (as I am with all our team) that he would want to work with our humble publication – but he did, and he does! Working with Hugh never feels like work. He is a calm and patient artist whose talent has quickly been recognised on a global level – and rightly so.
