Hot Sauce Alley will see the first-time release of new sauces, relishes and rubs. The popular Hellfire Wing Challenge will see plenty of victims set their mouths on fire for fame and glory.

There’ll be plenty of mouth-watering treats in the Food Court. For something different try the World’s Hottest Dim Sims or Hot Chilli Ice-cream! If improving your DIY meal repertoire is what you’re after, check out the Cooking Stage. Chefs and cooks will share their expertise, tips, tricks and favourite recipes. Mexican wrestlers will be demonstrating their incredible craft and schmoozing with the crowds. There’ll be vendors-a-plenty spruiking their glorious wares.

Keen to try growing your own chillies or herbs at home? There will be more than 40 varieties of chillies plus a massive range of herbs for sale.

From 10am to 5pm. Tickets are best bought online – $24 adults, concession/students $18, $65 family, children under 14 free.
