DESCRIPTION:Expect an abundance of sumptuous hot and spicy foods\, lively music and fun entertainment at this year’s Herb and Chilli Festival. \nChilli festival tastes\nHot Sauce Alley will see the first-time release of new sauces\, relishes and rubs. The popular Hellfire Wing Challenge will see plenty of victims set their mouths on fire for fame and glory. \nTry\nThere’ll be plenty of mouth-watering treats in the Food Court. For something different try the World’s Hottest Dim Sims or Hot Chilli Ice-cream! If improving your DIY meal repertoire is what you’re after\, check out the Cooking Stage. Chefs and cooks will share their expertise\, tips\, tricks and favourite recipes. Mexican wrestlers will be demonstrating their incredible craft and schmoozing with the crowds. There’ll be vendors-a-plenty spruiking their glorious wares. \nBuy\nKeen to try growing your own chillies or herbs at home?
