There’s something about Hurstbridge that gets under your skin, in the best kind of way. It’s what makes visitors become familiar faces. Our village isn’t just for those who live within walking distance; the surrounding neighbourhoods are every bit a part of Hurstbridge life.
Delighted visitors from near and far increase the numbers in our tiny township. All of us are equally charmed by the historic and relaxed feeling mixed with superb food, drink and gorgeous shopping — and being surrounded by bushland.
Bushwalk trails sit 300 metres away, including the Diamond Creek Trail that winds all the way to Eltham and beyond. Visitors often can’t believe a place with this much warmth, character and “weekend away” energy sits so close to Melbourne 50 minutes away. The train station is right in the middle of the village.
