Local Dairies Strike Gold
Two local cheese making businesses have had great success at this year’s Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria Fine Food Awards.
The Yarra Valley Dairy Picked up a silver in the Feta, Marinated Cheese section with their Saffy Cheese. They also picked up a silver with their White Savourine.
While the Yea Brand Dairy located at Yea won gold for their Yea Brand Creme Fraiche, clotted cream, double cream, and mascarpone. And, the Yea Brand Vintage Club Cheddar picked up a silver.
