The Performing and Visual Arts in Emerald (PAVE) Festival is a grassroots community engagement project that invites people to gather, share and celebrate. Functioning mainly as an umbrella organisation, PAVE encourages the community to come up with ideas for gatherings, events, recreation and workshops that bring people together. The events range from live music to visual arts exhibitions and installations, as well as craft workshops.
